Long term rentals/homestays
Rates:
- US$200 Chalet 1 and Chalet 2 (tiny closet sized rooms that share a bathroom)
- US$ 300 (private bathroom) Main house 5, main house 1, annex 6
- US$400 Family 1, Family 2, Main House 6, Chalet 4 y Chalet 5 (Family 1 and Family 2 share a bathroom / Chalet 4 & Chalet 5 share a bathroom / MH6 private bathroom)
- US$500 Main house 2, Main house 3, Main house 4, Annex 3, Annex 4, Annex 5: (private bathroom)
All long term rentals include free of charge:
- WiFi access
- VOIP calls to conventional phones in more than 60 countries
- 2 PC's in the lobby and 1 PC in the annex with internet access
- Security boxes
- Laundry service (wash & fold)
- Tea & coffee all day long
- Cable TV (as long as Amnet keeps providing the service in the area)
- Two weekly cleanings
- 1 weekly linen change
- 24 hour reception & assistance service
- Real hot water
- Access to fully equipped kitchens to prepare your meals
In addition:
- Juice, beer and coke for sale
- Discounted tours
- Breakfast offered for an extra US$50 per person per month
- Lunch & Dinner plans are also available
- Double occupancy in the highlighted rooms available for an extra fee
- Spanish, dance, yoga & cooking lessons available for an additional cost
Long term renters must follow hotel daily guest guidelines also:
- All rooms are non smoking (designated smoking areas in each housing unit).
- We request guests to respect quiet hours from 8pm to 8am.
- Visitors of registered guests are allowed only from 8am to 8pm and must remain in the common areas at all times. Visitors are not allowed in guest rooms at any time.
- We require a security deposit equivalent to the month's rental fee - to cover lost or damaged items such as keys, towels, remote controls and local phone calls. (This deposit can be cash or a signed imprint of your Visa, MasterCard or American Express. The deposit will be returned to you after we check your room at the time of your departure).
- Full payment is required upon registration.
