17 of our rooms have Cable TV, Fans, Security Boxes, private bathrooms with hot water & hair dryers.
Main House #5 is a tiny room next to the laundry room, w/electrical showerhead hot water.
Chalet #1 is tiny with shared bathroom and tv outside; Chalet Rooms #4 & #5 are on a third floor & share a bathroom.
Hostel: private rooms w/ priv. baths w/ electrical showerhead hot water (for the time being - we are switching soon).
Prices are in US$ and include 16.39% taxes. We offer free breakfast served from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. at the Chalet Kitchen.
Costa Rican Residents, Peace Corp, World Teach & Other Volunteers pay Special Rates throughout the year*.
*For the special rates only cash payments are accepted.
Free: Breakfast, luggage storage, internet, wifi access, tea & coffee all day.

Policies
Room charges must be paid in advance or at the time of check-in. Room charges & payments for reservations
are non-refundable and will not be applied to visits for dates other than what
has been specified on the receipt. Full charges will apply for no shows.
All guests must leave a US$50 security deposit at the time of check-in.
Occupants of the main house and annex are able to pay with credit cards. All other guests please plan to pay cash.
Check in time is at 2 p.m., check out time is 11:00 a.m. Please confirm reservations 2 days prior to the arrival to guarantee your space.
Visitors of guests are allowed on the property only if accompanied by the guest
and must remain in the common areas at all times. Visiting hours are from 8
a.m. to 8 p.m. Guests CANNOT have sleep over visitors. Incoming calls are transferred
to your rooms from 8 a.m. to 08 p.m. After that time, we will take messages
and give them to you during scheduled "receiving" hours. We highly
recommended that guests read the Registration Form (download version #1) before
completing the Reservation Form (download version #2) to ensure your expectations
are met by the service we provide.
