Our guidelines assist us in maintaining a family like environment and positive community living. Long term renters please follow these guidelines:
- All rooms are non smoking (designated smoking areas in each housing unit).
- We request guests to respect quiet hours from 8pm to 8am.
- Visitors of registered guests are allowed only from 8am to 8pm and must remain in the common areas at all times. Visitors are not allowed in guest rooms at any time.
- We require a security deposit equivalent to the month's rental fee - to cover lost or damaged items such as keys, towels, remote controls and local phone calls. (This deposit can be cash or a signed imprint of your Visa, MasterCard or American Express. The deposit will be returned to you after we check your room at the time of your departure).
- Full payment in cash is required upon registration
- Please wash, dry and put away dishes used for cooking. Complete kitchen clean up also requested after each use.
